E-readers, a new way to read
Abstract
In 2010, Resource Centre for Learning and Research (CRAI) and the Library and Documentation Service (SBiD) at the Rovira i Virgili University (URV) launched the project entitled "E-readers, a new way to read". The aim of this project was to publicize the advantages of digital readers (e-readers) and the contents (e-books) available, and also to launch the loan service of e-readers at the URV. In this article we present the specifications of the project and an analysis and evaluation of the results obtained, and outline future action that will be taken in this area at the URV.
